Tinies York Nursery Open Day

Tinies Daycare York Nursery Open Day

Our next Open Day is coming soon!

Tinies York is delighted to be able to offer a sneak peek into our wonderful nursery for prospective families to come and have a look around. Review what our Tinies Daycare York Nursery Parents have to say about us.

'''The team at Tinies have been fantastic during the lockdown period. The managers and many of the members of staff (despite some of them being furloughed) have provided a weekly zoom call to stay in touch with the children. It was fantastic for my son to keep in touch to see his friends (his age) and his friends (staff!) so that the return to nursery was not too daunting. The extra steps which have had to be put in place seemed a little strange on day one but the team have done everything possible to make it as normal as possible for the children. We loved the video of how the new arrival system works and how the rooms are set up so we could show it to our son so he knew what to expect on the first day. He has loved his first week back which has made it easier for us. Would definitely recommend this nursery.''

'''My little boy started back at Tinies (originally started in February) on Monday and I could not be happier with how well the nursery have managed the 'new normal.' They are organised and efficient and do their absolute best to make sure the handover is smooth and supportive for parents and children. The rooms are beautifully resourced and the team are knowledgeable and caring. My little boy loves it! I am so pleased we chose this setting as the place to help us nurture our little boy.''

In July, our Deputy Manager Glenn was nominated by a Parent in the 'York Mumbler Awards for Childcarers' and we are delighted that he was a winner!

Glenn - Tinies Nursery

They had to close but spent every day posting stories and activities on their Facebook page for the children to see. Complete dedication to the children, even doing song requests and weekly zoom calls.

My daughter enrolled last august. It is a big challenge for a 18 months and English is not her first language. We were so worried. Now, she has moved to the toddler room and she loves nursery. She walks into her room every morning with a smile. Her development is good and English doesn't bother her any more. I believe my daughter is healthy, safe and happy in Tinies, and that is all I want from a nursery.
