In addition to the above, one of the things that makes a role within the Tinies Daycare family so unique, is our presence in a diverse group of settings. You can find us in community-based nurseries, large retailers, health clubs, corporate clients, government, and private organisations throughout the UK and Ireland.
We firmly believe that at the heart of every successful business, is a set of strong core convictions. As a child-caring company, we believe that these values should permeate every part of our business, starting with our candidates and new hires. This continues throughout the induction process, our daily work, and every message we deliver.
In addition to the technical requirements of each of our roles, we evaluate all candidates against our core values of: individuality, innovation, quality, communication, and sense of family (however you may define it). To learn more about our Vision & Values click here.
These are located in one of our partner or community-based nurseries and can range from nursery aide through to nursery manager. Our nurseries are curriculum-based, structured environments where you follow the path of child's development over the long-term. This is a great way to engage with families and your community without running a stand-alone facility as a sole child-carer.
Often located in one of our retail, private member club, or corporate clients, these represent our most diverse sites. With over 388,000 children coming through our settings every year, the colleagues in our crèches have a large scale impact in small blocks of time. If you are drawn to a creative, fast-paced environment that has a wide availability of hours, then these could be the roles for you.
Holiday Club Roles
These colleagues provide intermittent, short-term services for partners several weeks per year that closely mirror our crèche offerings and programming. Like crèches, these may be at a wide variety of sites.
